508 boards. The median took $20.88.

Of 331 boards other than the original with a readable total, 265 have taken under $100 and 111 have taken under $10. The mean is $251. The median is $20.88. When a mean is twelve times the median, the mean is describing one board and not the format.

The top ten boards hold 89.8% of the money. The original holds 75.6% of it by itself. Every other board is dividing $83,256 between 330 of them.

193 of the 508 carry a real domain-registration date rather than only the date a crawler first saw them. On that subset — the only one that can honestly speak to timing — boards registered in the earliest quarter took a median of $49.97 and one reached $4,395. Boards in the latest quarter took a median of $9.50, and the best of them reached $251.

Ledge.lol is in the latest quarter. On this evidence the single most likely outcome for it is a median of about $18.

Of 127 boards registered after the original went viral — the cohort this one is in — 110 have taken at least one payment. That is 87%.

Almost none of them made real money. Almost all of them made some. Whatever else this format is, one paying stranger is close to the default outcome, and that is the only number this board is aiming at.

Nothing about the mechanic. Rank is bought here exactly as it is bought everywhere else on this list.

The difference is that it is said out loud, on the front page, and that the ledger is append-only — so every rank the board has ever shown can be derived from it rather than taken on trust. This page is the same rule applied to the board itself: the honest summary of Ledge.lol’s prospects is one row in the table above, and hiding it would be the first dishonest thing here.

Two limits worth stating. Each board’s total is its own published counter, and nobody audits those, so an inflated number is reported as given. And 176 of the 508 publish no readable total at all — they are counted as boards but cannot appear in any revenue figure, which means every median here describes the boards that report, not the boards that exist.
